Terms of service.

I kindly ask that you read each policy before booking any services with me. When you book any service with Heart 2 Hart Beauty you are in full agreement to every policy listed. Please do not hesitate to contact me if there are any inquiries as I am more than willing to provide clarifications.

I recommend everyone to check out my website schedule for services and available appointment times. Please keep in mind that I run a small business, by myself.  I do not have a receptionist, and there are many outlets available to you to message me with questions and concerns.  I do my best to respond to your request in a timely manor.  If you feel your message has been neglected I ask for you to reach out to me again, possibly on a different platform. Should you need to cancel an appointment I ask you to only call or text 774-202-9416 ..
Please keep in mind I do ask for a card on file for any services to be scheduled. This card will simply hold your reservation and will not be used, unless one of the following occurs: Deposits, cancellation, late arrival, or no call no shows or any policies that have been broken.
Payment Policy
Heart 2 Hart Beauty accepts all major credit cards and cash. I do not accept Venmo, Cashapp, PayPal, or any other online payments. Payment is due upon the conclusion of your service.
​Cell Phone Policy
Please silence your phone while in the shop, so that you may receive the full relaxation benefits of your visit.  A complimentary charging station is provided for your convenience.
​Child/ “Plus One” Policy
Please make arrangements for childcare during your visit. Please Note: At Heart to Hart Beauty, we kindly request that you do not bring a friend or plus one to your appointment. This policy ensures that you receive the full relaxation experience during your service. By allowing me to focus solely on your treatment, we can guarantee the highest quality experience for you. If a guest accompanies you, we will need to reschedule your appointment, risking the loss of any deposit and potential full service fees. Thank you for understanding and helping us maintain our commitment to delivering exceptional service to each of our clients. If you must bring a Plus one there is a waiting area when you first get off the elevator on the third floor. They are welcome to wait there. 
​Minor Treatment Policy
Minor teens and children coming in for appointments must have an intake form signed by a legal parent or guardian. All intake forms/consents for minors must be signed by their parent or guardian. This is the only way I can service a Minor.
​Return & Refund Policy
I'm confident that you'll love the products offered so much, you won't want to return them!  Regardless, below is our return policy:
The Company that we use is a third party company. We have you order straight from their website using our code. That being said, all returns will have to be done with them and you will have to follow their return policy. Our services have a strict no return policy due to the time and products not being able to be returned from the service. By making any appointment with Heart 2 Hart Beauty you are agreeing to all of our policies  
Cancellation Policy: At Heart to Hart Beauty, we kindly request that you provide a minimum of 48 hours notice for any changes to your scheduled appointment. Deposits that were already made will not be refunded. The deposits can be used towards your next service as long as you gave a 48 hour notice by texting or calling me. The deposit will be deducted from your final balance after completion of service. They are under any circumstance not refundable and you agree to this policy when you book any service with Heart 2 Hart Beauty.
  • Confirmation Process: A day before your scheduled visit, we will send you a text message to remind you of your upcoming appointment. Your appointment is your responsibility this is a curtesy reminder to you from us.   
  • Credit Card Requirement: For all booking with us, we require a valid credit card to be held on file as a precautionary measure against previous instances of no-shows. Deposits will be charged after booking to the card on file. We will keep your card on file for any future appointments and possible cancelation fees. Cards will not be charged unless any of the policies are not honored.
  • Deposit Fee: Whether you’ve scheduled or called to make an appointment, there is a NON REFUNDABLE $50 REQUIRED deposit. If the service costs under $50, you'll pay either the full cost for the appointment up front or $30 deposit fee if the service is above $30 but under $50. This ensures your appointment is saved. The deposit will be charged after you book your appointment. If you cancel your appointment, you risk losing your deposit. However you can reschedule your appointment for one other day without penalty if you do so before the 48 hour period for your scheduled service. If you do not show up, then you will be charged full price of the appointment and no longer allowed to book future services. A single deposit can only be transferred or rescheduled for one time. If attempting to reschedule the same appointment for a second time, a new deposit will be needed and the previous will not be refunded.
    • Fees Structure:
      • 48-Hour Notice: No additional fee will be charged.
      • Less than 48-Hours: A fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost or a minimum of $30, whichever amount is greater.
      • No Show: The full service cost as a fee or $30 fee, whichever amount is greater, will be charged to the card on file.
  • Late Arrival Policy: If you arrive 15 minutes late, your treatment may be shortened but charged at the full rate. Beyond a 15-minute delay, additional cancellation or rescheduling fees may apply.

At Heart 2 Hart Beauty we reserve the right to refuse any service or client for any reason(s). By booking any service with us you are in full agreement of all Heart 2 Hart policies.
